Catalyst Wedding Company highlights weddings by and for game-changers. We seek to amplify and empower voices and viewpoints that are usually missing from the Wedding Industrial Complex. We're a community of badass wedding professionals who love all things funky, fresh, diverse, unique, and personality-driven; we convene twice yearly for (un)convention, a collaborative workshop, styled shoot, and dinner party. We're also the publishers of Catalyst Wedding Mag, a resource for couples looking for inspiration and affirmation that doing things differently in wedding-world is not only ok, it's wonderful!

We wanted to highlight a real couple with real love who have been through real life together. Our couple, Jeanette and Corey, have a history that many can relate to. Their story is one of an experienced love built on lessons of patience and understanding for the both of them.

Their story started similar to many. As Jeanette would say, "(Cory) made it really easy for me to love him." When the couple met, she was 19 and he was 20. They fell in love, made up, broke up, and even got engaged before deciding to take a break. It took long 7 years before they would reconnect again and eventually pick up right where they left off. In 2015, the couple wed during an intimate ceremony in their home in front of a host of close family and friends.

For the Bohemian styled shoot, we created a vision that was a tad different from what you would normally expect. Our designer brought in a color palette of blush pink, red, and teal while incorporating traditional bohemian elements like dream catchers along with vintage furnishings and china. The vibrant, bold design paired with real love was displayed throughout this entire shoot!

Brittany Richardson is a natural light portrait and wedding photographer in Fayetteville, GA. She is a wife and the proud mother of 2 amazing children. Her specialties include families, children, maternity, business branding, and weddings. Photography is her “great escape” from the everyday stresses of life. She loves capturing real life and raw emotions as they unfold right in front of her lens. The goal for each session is for her clients to look back and remember these moments captured for years to come and feel the same emotions they had on that day!

LATRICIA BUFFINGTON

Latricia Buffington is a natural light portrait and wedding photographer in Atlanta, GA. She is a wife and loves spending time with her fur baby, Precious. Her specialties include Families, Maternity, Beauty, Seniors, and weddings. As per her own words, the camera is her therapy and she loves to Vibe with amazing people.

TINA EVERHART

Fabulous Fox Designs is a full service boutique design firm providing florals and event décor in the Atlanta, GA area. Lead Designer Tina Everhart loves creating “all things fabulous” with the artistic concepts that she brings to life. Their specialties include custom florals and non-floral designs, custom backdrops, ceiling draping, canopies and arch décor, and custom event theme design. Tina is very passionate about the details of creating fabulous and dramatic décor for her clients. She is a certified wedding & event designer and studied at the Institute of Wedding and Event Design.
